What do you love most about your job?
The ability to teach and develop people. Making someone better at what they do is what drives me every day. To have the opportunity to do that while working with children is the best of both worlds!

If you could meet a famous person (alive or dead), who would you want to meet/why?
Adolph Hitler--The opportunity to sit down with him and have a conversation about why he did what he did would be too powerful to pass up. Hopefully, this conversation would help to change his mindset.

Who is your hero/why?
My grandfather--his work ethic was incredible. He came from Europe with nothing and ended up owning two businesses and raising a family. He did whatever it took (getting up at 3, working until midnight, 6 or 7 days a week), so his family had what it needed. This selflessness is incredible and the main reason he is my hero.

What inspires you?
Two things: Watching my kids grow up and watching my wife continually improve herself as a teacher.

What was your favorite subject in school/why?
Social studies – learning from history (both what to do and what not to do) is an amazing thing.

What is (or was, growing up) your favorite color crayon?
Midnight Blue
