As Regional Vice President, Michelle is responsible for overseeing the implementation of our program across all western CCLC centers.  Michelle’s experience includes her most recent role as a Regional Director for Starbucks Coffee with responsibility for 102 locations and 10 District Managers. She brings a wealth of leadership skills having developed numerous managers for roles at the next level, mentored managers in South Korea, and successfully opened over 30 new sites. Michelle spent two years of her Starbucks career in the licensed stores division, an area of the Starbucks business very similar to working with our client sponsors. Michelle has been recognized for outstanding achievement in customer service, leadership and overall business success.  She is also a certified trainer for over half a dozen leadership training tools.
