
Pam Belli, Vice President of Finance
As Vice President of Finance for CCLC, Pam Belli is responsible for broad financial management of the organization including day-to-day forecasting, budgeting, capital allocation, business analysis, reporting and accounting. In addition, she leads strategic planning and implementation of projects that drive the financial performance of the company. Prior to joining CCLC, Pam was the Finance Enterprise Controller for Intel where she was responsible for a $1.8 billion budget for more than 10,000 employees. In this role, she led a cross functional cost-cutting effort to enable multi-million dollar savings. With her multi-site, multi-national experience, she plays an integral part in identifying and executing assessment of new business opportunities and transaction evaluations.
Throughout her career, Pam has held positions of increasing responsibility in areas of financial analysis, commercial banking, operational finance, strategic planning and mergers and acquisitions with companies such as Orca Capital Corporation, NationsBank, and Prudential Bank and Trust Co. Currently, Pam is the Treasurer of the Board and Finance Committee chairperson for the American Red Cross, Oregon Trail Chapter. Pam received her MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at DukeUniversity and her bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Nevada, Reno.
