Richard oversees center operations for our Eastern region.  He collaborates with the Director and Regional Director to ensure that each CCLC center receives the necessary operational support and that families are satisfied with our program. Richard joined CCLC in 2007, bringing with him more than ten years of multi-site management experience in educational settings. He held the position of Chief Operating Officer for Chancellor Beacon Academies, serving over 20,000 students from pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade at 66 schools on 35 campuses.  Richard’s experience also includes several years as VP of Operations for Sylvan Learning Systems where he oversaw 150 programs throughout 15 districts.  Richard brings a passion for quality to this role along with excellent coaching skills, a drive for results and a track record of building great relationships. Richard is based in Baltimore, Maryland.
