What do you love most about your job?
I love the challenge of moving child care forward and creating spaces that parents, staff and children love to learn in.  This is a small piece of the overall child care puzzle but I want our team to deliver that piece better than anyone else.

If you could meet a famous person (alive or dead), who would you want to meet/why?  Dead: Albert Einstein and Alive: Steve Vai – a musician who combines incredible chops with unbelievable discipline and business acumen

Who is your hero/why?
There is a book by Tom Brokaw called “The Greatest Generation” - my grandparents had stories like those in this book. They are all heroes to me

What inspires you? My daughter

What was your favorite subject in school/why?
When I was young math and later in graduate school it was creative writing
