CCLC® Human Resources Executive Melinda Rogers Named to Board of Directors at The Center for Companies That Care

Portland, OR (March 25, 2010) – Melinda Rogers, Vice President of Human Resources for CCLC®, a nationwide child care provider dedicated to quality employer-sponsored early childhood education (www.cclc.com), has been selected by her industry peers to join the Board of Directors for the Center for Companies That Care.
As a board member, Rogers will help to raise funds for the continuation of the organization through various service responsibilities and fundraisers. She also will play a role in overseeing all organization activities and sustainability.

The Center for Companies that Care board members take a hands-on role, where each member is responsible for a particular service or committee. Rogers will lead the sponsorship committee, where she will help identify and build partnerships with employers to sponsor various education initiatives, programs and fundraising events.
Rogers will be attending a Board of Directors orientation program in March and will begin her work on the sponsorship committee in June 2010.
