As Center Director, Jamie’s role is to create a safe, positive and enriched learning environment for the children in her care.  She is devoted to the well being of everyone in her center – children, families and teachers.  She develops and maintains strong relationships with the children and their families in her center.  She encourages parent involvement and establishes a sense of trust and security so that parents are comfortable at work knowing that their child is in a nurturing environment. In addition, Jamie acts as the on-site point of contact with our employer sponsor answering everyday questions and maintaining a positive relationship.

Jamie has been with CCLC since 2005. She has her Associates and Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development. What she loves most about her job is making a difference in the lives of so many children and working with staff to grow professionally together as a team. Jamie’s favorite center activity is sensory play and making a mess!

Program Information

BHC Child Development Center uses an exclusive educational program which provides unlimited opportunities for the development of the whole child. There's a unique curriculum for every age level, centered around developmentally appropriate and fun activities that help children develop physically, intellectually, emotionally, and socially. Our center provides care first to those who live in BHC properties or Burbank residents who qualify for low income levels. next to those living or working in city of Burbank and finally to members of other communities.

Extracurricular Activities: Learning Adventure and Summer Camp

Holidays Observed: We are closed New Year's Day, Memorial Day, MLK Jr. Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Professional development days on Presidents’ Day and Veteran's Day.

A limited number of priority spaces are given to employees of the Media Studios North Campus located on Ontario St.
