As Center Director, Debbie’s role is to create a safe, positive and enriched learning environment for the children in her care.  She is devoted to the well being of everyone in her center – children, families and teachers.  She develops and maintains strong relationships with the children and their families in her center.  She encourages parent involvement and establishes a sense of trust and security so that parents are comfortable at work knowing that their child is in a nurturing environment. In addition, Debbie acts as the on-site point of contact with our employer sponsor answering everyday questions and maintaining a positive relationship.

Debbie has been with CCLC for 3 years and has been in the field for over 10 years. In May 2010, she will have completed her BA in Child Development. Debbie enjoys sanctioned drag racing, cooking, baking and snowboarding. She loves spending time with the children and learning from them and her favorite center activity are the group games.
