As Center Director, Roz’s role is to create a safe, positive and enriched learning environment for the children in her care.  She is devoted to the well being of everyone in her center – children, families and teachers.  She develops and maintains strong relationships with the children and their families in her center.  She encourages parent involvement and establishes a sense of trust and security so that parents are comfortable at work knowing that their child is in a nurturing environment. In addition, Roz acts as the on-site point of contact with our employer sponsor answering everyday questions and maintaining a positive relationship.

Roz Bracci has been with CCLC since 2003. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst MA with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Fashion Marketing. She continues her education through attending ECE workshops and taking ECE classes at both Canada and Foothill College. Roz moved from Massachusetts to California in 1991. She has three children, a daughter and twin boys and loves photograph, reading, watching movies and spending time with children of all ages.
