As Center Director, Allison’s role is to create a safe, positive and enriched learning environment for the children in her care.  She is devoted to the well being of everyone in her center – children, families and teachers.  She develops and maintains strong relationships with the children and their families in her center.  She encourages parent involvement and establishes a sense of trust and security so that parents are comfortable at work knowing that their child is in a nurturing environment. In addition, Allison acts as the on-site point of contact with our employer sponsor answering everyday questions and maintaining a positive relationship.

Allison has been with CCLC since August 2009 and has worked in the field for 12 years. Allison has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from UC Davis. She loves spending time with her family, camping, and watching Duke College Basketball. She finds the best part of her job to be the interactions with families and watching the children reach developmental milestones.
