As Center Director, Kadie’s role is to create a safe, positive and enriched learning environment for the children in her care.  She is devoted to the well being of everyone in her center – children, families and teachers.  She develops and maintains strong relationships with the children and their families in her center.  She encourages parent involvement and establishes a sense of trust and security so that parents are comfortable at work knowing that their child is in a nurturing environment. In addition, Kadie acts as the on-site point of contact with our employer sponsor answering everyday questions and maintaining a positive relationship.

Kadie has over 10 years teaching/directing experience in infant – school-age programs. Kadie has her B.S. Degree in Child Development and is an active member of several early childhood professional organizations. Kadie believes in excellent customer service, open communication with families and staff as well as a hands on approach within the program. Therefore, Kadie can often be found in the classroom working with staff and conducting observations
