As Center Director, Shannon’s role is to create a safe, positive and enriched learning environment for the children in her care. She is devoted to the well being of everyone in her center – children, families and teachers. She develops and maintains strong relationships with the children and their families in her center. She encourages parent involvement and establishes a sense of trust and security so that parents are comfortable at work knowing that their child is in a nurturing environment. In addition, Shannon acts as the on-site point of contact with our employer sponsor answering everyday questions and maintaining a positive relationship.
Shannon has been with CCLC since 2009 and has spent the last 15 years in the field. She holds a BS in Social Sciences. She is married with 2 daughters and a puppy. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her friends and family.

Trailmark Early Learning Center is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children, the standard in Early Childhood Education.
Trailmark Learning Center uses an exclusive educational program which provides unlimited opportunities for the development of the whole child. There's a unique curriculum for every age level, centered around developmentally appropriate and fun activities that help children develop physically, intellectually, emotionally, and socially. Center provides care to Lockheed employees and community members.
