As Center Director, Laura’s role is to create a safe, positive and enriched learning environment for the children in her care. She is devoted to the well being of everyone in her center – children, families and teachers. She develops and maintains strong relationships with the children and their families in her center. She encourages parent involvement and establishes a sense of trust and security so that parents are comfortable at work knowing that their child is in a nurturing environment. In addition, Laura acts as the on-site point of contact with our employer sponsor answering everyday questions and maintaining a positive relationship.

Laura has been with the company for four years and in the field for 16 years. She has a BA in Psychology. Laura is married with two children and one dog. She enjoys swimming, reading, being outdoors, and spending time with her family. What she loves most about her job is being apart of so many people’s lives…children, staff, families, etc. Laura’s favorite center activity is the End of Summer Luau – a time when families can bond.
