As Center Director, Cassandra’s role is to create a safe, positive and enriched learning environment for the children in her care.  She is devoted to the well being of everyone in her center – children, families and teachers.  She develops and maintains strong relationships with the children and their families in her center.  She encourages parent involvement and establishes a sense of trust and security so that parents are comfortable at work knowing that their child is in a nurturing environment. In addition, Cassandra acts as the on-site point of contact with our employer sponsor answering everyday questions and maintaining a positive relationship.

Cassandra has been with CCLC for a year but has been in the field for 12 years. She has an AA in Early Childhood Development and is pursuing a BA in Organizational Management with a concentration in Child Studies. She is married with 3 children and enjoys reading, being outdoors, listening to music, and spending time with her family. Cassandra loves being around the kids at her center and watching them grow. She also loves guiding her staff and helping them develop professionally. She is inspired by motivated people that have a passion for what they do. Her favorite center activities are messy sensory activities and family luncheons.
