As Center Director, Tracy’s role is to create a safe, positive and enriched learning environment for the children in her care.  She is devoted to the well being of everyone in her center – children, families and teachers.  She develops and maintains strong relationships with the children and their families in her center.  She encourages parent involvement and establishes a sense of trust and security so that parents are comfortable at work knowing that their child is in a nurturing environment. In addition, Tracy acts as the on-site point of contact with our employer sponsor answering everyday questions and maintaining a positive relationship.

Tracy has been in the field of Early Childhood Education for over 17 years, 14 of those years were spent in child care management.  Tracy has been with the company for over nine years and enjoys the support she receives from Lucent.  Tracy enjoys working together with parents to provide a great foundation for each child in her care. What she loves most about her job is multi-tasking and problem solving. Tracy’s favorite center activity is the end of the year social.
