As Center Director, Brandy’s role is to create a safe, positive and enriched learning environment for the children in her care. She is devoted to the well being of everyone in her center – children, families and teachers. She develops and maintains strong relationships with the children and their families in her center. She encourages parent involvement and establishes a sense of trust and security so that parents are comfortable at work knowing that their child is in a nurturing environment. In addition, Brandy acts as the on-site point of contact with our employer sponsor answering everyday questions and maintaining a positive relationship.

Brandy has been with the company for ten years. Brandy earned her Bachelor’s degree in Family Studies at the University of Kentucky and loves being a part of the University center.  Brandy enjoys the diversity of her center and the ability she has to build relationships with her families.  Brandy spends her spare time chasing after her 18 month old daughter, Olivia, who also attends the center! What she loves most about her job is getting to interact with all of the different families. Brandy’s favorite center activity is the Fall Festival – it’s always a blast!
