As Center Director, Natascha’s role is to create a safe, positive and enriched learning environment for the children in her care.  She is devoted to the well being of everyone in her center – children, families and teachers.  She develops and maintains strong relationships with the children and their families in her center.  She encourages parent involvement and establishes a sense of trust and security so that parents are comfortable at work knowing that their child is in a nurturing environment. In addition, Natascha acts as the on-site point of contact with our employer sponsor answering everyday questions and maintaining a positive relationship.

Natascha has been with CCLC for 4 years and in the field for 14 years. She is working on achieving her AA and is married. She enjoys boating, biking, and spending time with her family. Natascha is inspired by her mother who also worked with children and loves the energy that children bring and the love they have to give. Her favorite center activities are the Halloween Parade and the Thanksgiving Feast.
