As Center Director, Sarah’s role is to create a safe, positive and enriched learning environment for the children in her care. She is devoted to the well being of everyone in her center – children, families and teachers. She develops and maintains strong relationships with the children and their families in her center. She encourages parent involvement and establishes a sense of trust and security so that parents are comfortable at work knowing that their child is in a nurturing environment. In addition, Sarah acts as the on-site point of contact with our employer sponsor answering everyday questions and maintaining a positive relationship.

Sarah has been in the field of Early Childhood Education for over 16 years and with the center since 2006. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Towson University. Sarah loves what she does and couldn't imagine doing anything else.  When not at the center, Sarah enjoys spending time with family and traveling, exploring as many new places as she can. What she loves most about her job is being with the staff and families – there’s never a dull moment! Sarah’s favorite center activity is the end of summer bash.
