As Center Director, Holly's role is to create a safe, positive and enriched learning environment for the children in her care. She is devoted to the well being of everyone in her center – children, families and teachers. She develops and maintains strong relationships with the children and their families in her center. She encourages parent involvement and establishes a sense of trust and security so that parents are comfortable at work knowing that their child is in a nurturing environment. In addition, Holly acts as the on-site point of contact with our employer sponsor answering everyday questions and maintaining a positive relationship.

Holly has a BA in Public Administration. She realized early on that working with children was her passion. She is committed to developing positive relationships with all of the families in the center, as well as fostering an environment that encourages each child’s creativity, curiosity, and independence. Holly has worked in the early education field for 15 years, and loves every minute of it. She enjoys the day to day interactions with the children; talking about the latest discovery, playing dress up, or having family style meals in the classroom is often the highlight of her day. Holly’s favorite center activity is sensory play. The children’s reactions to the different experiences are priceless!
