As Center Director, Susan’s role is to create a safe, positive and enriched learning environment for the children in her care. She is devoted to the well being of everyone in her center – children, families and teachers. She develops and maintains strong relationships with the children and their families in her center. She encourages parent involvement and establishes a sense of trust and security so that parents are comfortable at work knowing that their child is in a nurturing environment. In addition, Susan acts as the on-site point of contact with our employer sponsor answering everyday questions and maintaining a positive relationship.

Susan has held various administrative roles in KLC since starting with the company in March of 2006.  Prior to that Susan managed her family’s business which taught different languages to executives.  For four years Susan also served as the Coordinator for the children’s program at the Bergen County branch of Gilda’s Club.  Gilda’s Club is a community organization that provides support for children and families who have been affected by cancer. Susan has a BA in Elementary Education and is a certified teacher for grades K-5.  She is passionate about children and early childhood education.  In her spare time Susan likes to spend time with family, read and go to the beach. She loves everything about her job! Susan’s favorite center activity is when DJ Frankie comes for a dance party. Everyone loves to dance the afternoon away…
