As Center Director, Gloria’s role is to create a safe, positive and enriched learning environment for the children in her care. She is devoted to the well being of everyone in her center – children, families and teachers. She develops and maintains strong relationships with the children and their families in her center. She encourages parent involvement and establishes a sense of trust and security so that parents are comfortable at work knowing that their child is in a nurturing environment. In addition, Gloria acts as the on-site point of contact with our employer sponsor answering everyday questions and maintaining a positive relationship.

Gloria has only been with the company for a few months but has been in the field for over 24 years. She has a BA in Physical Education with a minor in Elementary Education. She has three children. What she loves most about her job is when parents tell her that they are happy with the way she runs her program. Gloria’s favorite center activity is circle time and listening to the children sing songs.
