As Center Director, Sue’s role is to create a safe, positive and enriched learning environment for the children in her care. She is devoted to the well being of everyone in her center – children, families and teachers. She develops and maintains strong relationships with the children and their families in her center. She encourages parent involvement and establishes a sense of trust and security so that parents are comfortable at work knowing that their child is in a nurturing environment. In addition, Sue acts as the on-site point of contact with our employer sponsor answering everyday questions and maintaining a positive relationship.

Sue has been with the company since 1995. She spent 12 years at Building Blocks of Learning at Chilton Hospital working her way up to being the Center Director. She holds her CDA credential and is currently working towards a degree in Business Administration and Early Childhood. She loves being located at Medco so that she can offer employees a top quality child care center. What she loves most about her job is making a difference everyday. Sue's favorite center activity is spending time with the children.
