As Center Director, Tricia’s role is to create a safe, positive and enriched learning environment for the children in her care. She is devoted to the well being of everyone in her center – children, families and teachers. She develops and maintains strong relationships with the children and their families in her center. She encourages parent involvement and establishes a sense of trust and security so that parents are comfortable at work knowing that their child is in a nurturing environment. In addition, Tricia acts as the on-site point of contact with our employer sponsor answering everyday questions and maintaining a positive relationship.

Tricia joined us last year, bringing with her almost three years of experience working as a Center Director – including acting as a Mentor Director to other Directors in her area.  Prior to that, Tricia’s experience includes retail management and student teaching.  She earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Elementary Education from Buffalo State College. What she loves most about her job is knowing that she makes a difference is the lives of children in her care. Tricia’s favorite center activity is all of the special events at the center.
