As Center Director, Tiffany’s role is to create a safe, positive and enriched learning environment for the children in her care. She is devoted to the well being of everyone in her center – children, families and teachers. She develops and maintains strong relationships with the children and their families in her center. She encourages parent involvement and establishes a sense of trust and security so that parents are comfortable at work knowing that their child is in a nurturing environment. In addition, Tiffany acts as the on-site point of contact with our employer sponsor answering everyday questions and maintaining a positive relationship.

Tiffany has been with the company for 12 years.  Tiffany spent three of those years as a Kindergarten teacher, and the rest were spent in center management.  Tiffany has a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from SUNY Fredonia as well as her teacher certification in grades PreK-6.  Tiffany has 15 years of experience in the field of Early Childhood Education. What she loves most about her job is the sense of family in the center. Tiffany’s favorite center activity is the Summer Family Festival.
