As Center Director, Nicole’s role is to create a safe, positive and enriched learning environment for the children in her care. She is devoted to the well being of everyone in her center – children, families and teachers. She develops and maintains strong relationships with the children and their families in her center. She encourages parent involvement and establishes a sense of trust and security so that parents are comfortable at work knowing that their child is in a nurturing environment. In addition, Nicole acts as the on-site point of contact with our employer sponsor answering everyday questions and maintaining a positive relationship.

Nicole has been with the center since 2007. She earned her Associate’s degree from Lorain Community College, completed ODJFS licensing training and Center Director training and is certified in CPR, First Aid, Child Abuse Prevention and Communicable Diseases.  Nicole enjoys the variety of people of she gets to meet at Cleveland Children’s Academy – she has learned a great deal about different cultures, beliefs and lifestyles. What she loves most about her job is getting to know people from all over the world and about their cultures. Nicole’s favorite center activity is “Take Home Dinners” for parents because they are always so appreciative!
