As Center Director, Alisha’s role is to create a safe, positive and enriched learning environment for the children in her care.  She is devoted to the well being of everyone in her center – children, families and teachers.  She develops and maintains strong relationships with the children and their families in her center.  She encourages parent involvement and establishes a sense of trust and security so that parents are comfortable at work knowing that their child is in a nurturing environment. In addition, Alisha acts as the on-site point of contact with our employer sponsor answering everyday questions and maintaining a positive relationship.

Alisha has been with the CCLC family since 1995. She has a degree in Business Management and has studied early childhood development and elementary education. She enjoys being surrounded by family and friends, traveling, cooking new foods and meeting new people.  Alisha is a proud mother of two teenage children. She believes that there is nothing greater than receiving a hug each day or a shout out of a child sharing what they learned or what they explored in class that day. She would like to take an opportunity to thank you for intrusting us as the provider for your families early care needs.
