As Center Director, Colleen’s role is to create a safe, positive and enriched learning environment for the children in her care. She is devoted to the well being of everyone in her center – children, families and teachers. She develops and maintains strong relationships with the children and their families in her center. She encourages parent involvement and establishes a sense of trust and security so that parents are comfortable at work knowing that their child is in a nurturing environment. In addition, Colleen acts as the on-site point of contact with our employer sponsor answering everyday questions and maintaining a positive relationship.

Colleen has been with us for more than two years. She and her husband have three children; Patrick 9, Kaitlyn 5 and Brennan 2.  Colleen enjoys gardening, reading and traveling.  She takes great pride in being able to make a difference in the lives of the children in her care as well as watching the center grow and change for the better. What she loves most about her job is the ability to change the center to promote growth and market appeal. Colleen’s favorite center activity is story and song time with the children.
