As Center Director, Regina’s role is to create a safe, positive and enriched learning environment for the children in her care. She is devoted to the well being of everyone in her center – children, families and teachers. She develops and maintains strong relationships with the children and their families in her center. She encourages parent involvement and establishes a sense of trust and security so that parents are comfortable at work knowing that their child is in a nurturing environment. In addition, Regina acts as the on-site point of contact with our employer sponsor answering everyday questions and maintaining a positive relationship.

Regina has been with the company for less than a year but has been in the field for over 10 years. She has a BA in Psychology. She is married with three children. She enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering for her parish. What she loves most about her job is the diversity – everyday brings something new. Regina’s favorite center activity is planning the special events for families.
