As Center Director, Natasha’s role is to create a safe, positive and enriched learning environment for the children in her care.  She is devoted to the well being of everyone in her center – children, families and teachers.  She develops and maintains strong relationships with the children and their families in her center.  She encourages parent involvement and establishes a sense of trust and security so that parents are comfortable at work knowing that their child is in a nurturing environment. In addition, Natasha acts as the on-site point of contact with our employer sponsor answering everyday questions and maintaining a positive relationship.

Natasha has been with CCLC for 12 years and has been in the field for 20 years. She is married and has a CDA and a Director’s License from the state of Texas. She enjoys reading, shopping, interior decorating, and furniture reconstruction. Natasha has a strong commitment to families and believes that each child is unique and special. She loves the little things that happen every day, from first steps to first words and all of the messy art projects that they do. Her favorite center activity is the Fall Harvest Festival because of the games and the opportunity to get together with all of the families.
