As Center Director, TeAnna’s role is to create a safe, positive and enriched learning environment for the children in her care.  She is devoted to the well being of everyone in her center – children, families and teachers.  She develops and maintains strong relationships with the children and their families in her center.  She encourages parent involvement and establishes a sense of trust and security so that parents are comfortable at work knowing that their child is in a nurturing environment. In addition, TeAnna acts as the on-site point of contact with our employer sponsor answering everyday questions and maintaining a positive relationship.

TeAnna has been with the company for nine years and has 12 years of experience in the field. She is currently working her way towards a BA in Early Childhood Education. She is married with three children. Her hobbies include reading and spending time with her family. What she loves most about her job is watching the children grow and change into little people. TeAnna’s favorite center activity is any activity that involves families.
