As Center Director, Kristi’s role is to create a safe, positive and enriched learning environment for the children in her care.  She is devoted to the well being of everyone in her center – children, families and teachers.  She develops and maintains strong relationships with the children and their families in her center.  She encourages parent involvement and establishes a sense of trust and security so that parents are comfortable at work knowing that their child is in a nurturing environment. In addition, Kristi acts as the on-site point of contact with our employer sponsor answering everyday questions and maintaining a positive relationship.

Kristi has been with the company for eight years.  Kristi is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree and has been in the field of Early Childhood Education for almost ten years.  Kristine enjoys being part of the Employer Partnerships family and providing her families with a high-quality child development center. What she loves most about her job is that knowing parents have a choice and that they choose CCLC. Kristi’s favorite center activity is the Fall Festival.
