As Center Director, Michelle’s role is to create a safe, positive and enriched learning environment for the children in her care.  She is devoted to the well being of everyone in her center – children, families and teachers.  She develops and maintains strong relationships with the children and their families in her center.  She encourages parent involvement and establishes a sense of trust and security so that parents are comfortable at work knowing that their child is in a nurturing environment. In addition, Michelle acts as the on-site point of contact with our employer sponsor answering everyday questions and maintaining a positive relationship.

Michelle has recently joined Prodigy Child Development Center but has been in the field for 13 years. She has a BA in English as well as a CDA. She has 3 children and has been married for 17 years. Michelle loves knowing that she provides a loving and nurturing environment for children and that parents can have piece of mind knowing that their children are learning and having fun! She is inspired by children and her favorite center activity is the Family Feast during the Thanksgiving Holiday. In Michelle's free time, she enjoys reading, swimming, cooking, and spending time with her friends and family.
