As Center Director, Ruby’s role is to create a safe, positive and enriched learning environment for the children in her care.  She is devoted to the well being of everyone in her center – children, families and teachers.  She develops and maintains strong relationships with the children and their families in her center.  She encourages parent involvement and establishes a sense of trust and security so that parents are comfortable at work knowing that their child is in a nurturing environment. In addition, Ruby acts as the on-site point of contact with our employer sponsor answering everyday questions and maintaining a positive relationship.

Ruby has been in the field for 16 years and has a degree in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Business Administration.  She has a child and enjoys cooking and home interior decorating. Ruby loves the interaction between the center and families and is inspired by successful results. Her favorite center activity is when the Preschool and Pre-K classes recreated the animated story, “Polar Express.”
