As Center Director, Andrew’s role is to create a safe, positive and enriched learning environment for the children in his care.  He is devoted to the well being of everyone in his center – children, families and teachers.  He develops and maintains strong relationships with the children and their families in his center.  He encourages parent involvement and establishes a sense of trust and security so that parents are comfortable at work knowing that their child is in a nurturing environment. In addition, Andrew acts as the on-site point of contact with our employer sponsor answering everyday questions and maintaining a positive relationship.

Andrew has been with the company for less than a year but has spent 5 years in the field. He earned his Masters Degree in Social Work and a BS in Human Development and Family Studies. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a 4.0 GPA, and both Phi Kappa Phi and Kappa Omincron Nu Honor societies. In addition to being a Center Director, Andrew also teaches Adolescent Development, Human Development, Human Sexuality, and Family Studies for the FCS department at the University of Utah. He is single and enjoys hiking, fishing, and reading. What he loves most about his job are the kids. Andrew’s favorite center activity is when the Magician comes!
