As Executive Director, Mary Ann’s role is to create a safe, positive and enriched learning environment for the children at Knowledge Beginnings at AOL. She is devoted to the well being of everyone in your centers – children, families and teachers. She develops and maintains strong relationships with the children and their families. She encourages parent involvement and establishes a sense of trust and security so that parents are comfortable at work knowing that their child is in a nurturing environment. In addition, Mary Ann acts as the on-site point of contact with AOL answering everyday questions and maintaining a positive relationship.

Mary Ann Caccamo has been with the company for seven years. She was been the Center Director at the AOL Knowledge Beginnings Center for four years until assuming her current role overseeing the two AOL centers. Mary Ann earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and has been in the field of Early Childhood Education for almost 20 years. Mary Ann is inspired by walking by the classrooms at KB and seeing the smiling, happy faces on the children and teachers. She particularly enjoys the variety of activities available—the enrichment rooms provide so many unique experiences for all.
