As Center Director, Patrick’s role is to create a safe, positive and enriched learning environment for the children in his care. He is devoted to the well being of everyone in his center – children, families and teachers. He develops and maintains strong relationships with the children and their families in his center. He encourages parent involvement and establishes a sense of trust and security so that parents are comfortable at work knowing that their child is in a nurturing environment. In addition, Patrick acts as the on-site point of contact with our employer sponsor answering everyday questions and maintaining a positive relationship.

Patrick has been with the company for a year but has been in the field for four years. He has a license in Elementary Education, a BS in Communications, a MS in Elementary Education and a MBA. He has one son. Patrick enjoys reading, writing, exercising, listening to music, cooking, and playing video games. What he enjoys most about his job is the kids and making sure that they are in good hands, problem solving and the freedom and support to do these things. Patrick’s favorite center activity is going into the toddler room and hanging out on the floor with his little pals
