Who is eligible to use the center?

First priority for enrollment into the childcare center is full-time and part-time UCAR employees. When spaces remain available after all first-priority personnel have been accommodated, the available spaces are filled by the second priority. Second priority spaces are for members of the community. UCAR employees always have priority enrollment over others if the center has a waiting list. Employment status and eligibility will be verified through UCAR's Human Resources Department before the enrollment process can be completed.

How do I enroll my child in the center?

All required forms can be located in our Forms section and when completed please submit to the center either in person or via fax at 303-443-9767. The $25 interest list fee can be mailed to:

When your Interest Form has been received you will be notified via e-mail or phone so the director can set up a tour of the center with you.

How do I schedule a tour of the center?

To schedule a tour at the center please e-mail the center Director, Cortney, at cfillion@cclc.com. Cortney will contact you within 24 hours to set up a tour time and to go over any questions you have regarding the center.

What is the cost to use the UCAR Child Care Center?

The tuition for participating employees is in line with that of other comparable, high-quality centers in the area. Tuition rates can be found in the forms section.
