White Oak Winners Child Care Center

If you are interested in enrolling in our program, please go to www.cclc.com/familyconnection and add your child to the wait list. There is a $50 per child interest fee that needs to be paid in order to add your child to our waiting list. After you have enrolled on the family connection website, please download and complete the Interest form. You may email the interest form to whiteoak@cclc.com or fax it to 301-796-9874.
Welcome to Childrens' Creative Learning Centers (CCLC), the provider for the new, White Oak Winners (WOW) Child Care Center. This new program serves the families of FDA and Federal employees, as well as community members living in the Silver Spring area.
The White Oak Winners Child Care Center is conveniently located at the FDA White Oak Campus. CCLC is honored to be working with FDA to provide high quality child care to children 6 weeks through 5 years of age.
