Welcome to another fun and exciting month at TLC!  We have many fun activities planned for February and we can't wait to share them with all of you!

Valentine's Day Out:  On Saturday, February 11th, TLC will be hosting a Saturday out. This fun day will start at 10 am and finish at 4pm.  We will be providing lunch, snack, nap time, and fun!  The children will be participating in a cooking project, a fun valentine's day art project and finish with a valentine's day movie.  The cost is $50 per child and $15 for each additional child.  Siblings who do not normally attend are welcome as well.  If you are interested in taking advantage of a day to yourselves, make sure you sign up.  The sign up sheet is by the sign in and out book up front.

Summer Camp:  We will be starting summer camp registration for all currently enrolled families on March 5th.  The summer camp fee is $75. On March 26th, we will be accepting registration from the community.  Spaces fill quickly so if you would like your child to participate in summer camp, fill out the registration form and turn it in by March 26th.  More details to come.

Professional Development Day:  TLC's next PDD is on Monday, February 20th.  The school will be closed on this day.  Thank you to all of our families for helping us achieve this day of training.

Mardi Gras:  We will be celebrating Mardi Gras on February 21st.  The children will be learning about this fun holiday and celebrating with their classrooms!

Valentine's Day:  On February 14th, please join us in celebrating valentine's day!  Each classroom will set up the times at which they will be celebrating.  Please feel free to come in and join us for this fun party!  Please see your child's teacher for more details.  

Book Fair: TLC will be hosting another book fair at the end of February.  The book fair will run for a week beginning on the 27th of February and ending on the 2nd of March. The book fair will  be held in the Learning Adventures room (next to infants).  This is a chance to look through books and purchase them for your child or your child's classroom.  Please let us know if you have any questions.  

Kindergarten:  TLC is thinking of offering a private Kindergarten this fall.  We would like to know what interest there is for us to have one.  If this is something that you would be interested in, please let managment know.  We need to have a class of at least 10 to make this possible.  Thanks

Kelly:  Kelly is doing well is ready to come back!  We should find out in the next week or so when she will be returning.  Thanks for all of your well wishes for her and her family!
