As Center Director, Pam’s role is to create a safe, positive and enriched learning environment for the children in her care.  She is devoted to the well being of everyone in her center – children, families and teachers.  She develops and maintains strong relationships with the children and their families in her center.  She encourages parent involvement and establishes a sense of trust and security so that parents are comfortable at work knowing that their child is in a nurturing environment. In addition, Pam acts as the on-site point of contact with our employer sponsor answering everyday questions and maintaining a positive relationship.

Pam has been with CCLC since 2009 and in the field for over 15 years. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in English and a K-12 teaching credential. She has a stepson and 2 grandchildren. What Pam loves most about her job is working with the great children, parents and staff at the center. Here favorite center activity is Circle Time because she enjoys the interaction between the children and teachers.
